Integral Ad Science CFO Departs, Shares Fall 3.7% in Pre-Market Trading
Investing.com -- Integral Ad Science, a company specialized in measuring advertising reach, saw its shares decline 3.7% in pre-market trading following the announcement of CFO Tania Secor's departure. The announcement was made after the market closed on Friday. Secor had served as CFO since December 2022. The news of her departure came as a surprise to some, including Piper analyst Matthew Farrell, as the company enters a new year. Despite the departure of the CFO, Integral Ad Science reiterated its fourth-quarter outlook in Friday's announcement. Farrell found this update encouraging, stating that it indicated stability in the digital advertising market leading up to the end of the year. Temporarily, Jill Putman has been appointed as CFO effective immediately. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the company's financial operations until a permanent CFO is appointed.
