A Ukrainian official denied the claims of Russia's attack on gas stations.
U Investing.com — Andriy Yermak, Chief of Staff to the President of Ukraine, dismissed allegations on Friday that Russia attacked Ukraine's Sudzha gas pumping and measurement station. In a statement on the social media platform Telegram, Yermak refuted these accusations and criticized Russia's attempts to present themselves as committed to a ceasefire.
Yermak stated, "Russia's efforts to deceive everyone and claim they are 'committed to a ceasefire' will not succeed, just like the false claims regarding the attacks on the gas station." The Sudzha gas station, located in Russia, is a critical infrastructure facility in the region. While Russian officials raised the attack allegations, Yermak's statement definitively denied them, highlighting the ongoing tensions between Ukraine and Russia, which have been in conflict since 2014.
